Michael Hunter is a contemporary British artist whose work explores the relationship between colour, balance, and emotion. Working primarily through digital media, he creates bold yet refined compositions that capture atmosphere and rhythm through texture and tone.
Based in the Scottish Borders, Michael studied Fine Art at the Cumbria College of Art and Design (BA Hons, 1994) and exhibited widely earlier in his career. After time spent working across design and creative industries, he has returned to painting and digital fine art with a renewed focus — producing striking, contemporary pieces for collectors and interior spaces.
