Refund Policy


We are confident that you will love your new artwork by Michael Hunter and that the quality of the print will match the original description and fully meet your expectations.

We will accept responsibility for anything that arrives damaged or is not as described in our listing. We do not accept returns if the artwork is perfect and as it should be according to the listing. 

If eligible then returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you received your item, however, we must be informed within 3 days of you receiving an item that you wish to return it.

To be eligible for a full refund we must be satisfied that the item is in the exact condition that it was sent. Items must be returned in the original packaging. For UK returns, please return your item via guaranteed special delivery with insurance and tracking and inform us of the tracking code/number.

Shipping charges (if applicable to the item purchased) will not be refunded unless you received the item in a faulty or damaged condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we cannot provide a refund for any items that are not returned to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

For international returns, please use a postal service that adequately insures and tracks the item. Please inform us of the tracking code/number. In addition, please write on your package 'UK RETURNED GOODS - NO CUSTOMS CHARGE'. Any import fees incurred due to incorrect postage labelling by the sender will be deducted from the buyer's refund. We will not be liable for any import taxes or duties that may be applied when returning items back to us from overseas.
