We have full confidence that your new artwork by Michael Hunter will surpass your expectations. You can trust that the print's quality will align with the original description. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we want to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

We gladly accept returns if the item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description in our listing. Please note that we don't accept returns for artwork that is in perfect condition as described.

If you wish to initiate a return, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your item. Eligible returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

For UK returns, we kindly request that you utilize a guaranteed special delivery service with insurance and tracking. Please provide us with the tracking code/number for a smooth return process.

Kindly note that shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using insured or recorded delivery to ensure the secure return of the item. We cannot provide a refund for items lost or damaged during transit if they were not returned to us via insured or recorded delivery.

For international returns, please use a postal service that adequately insures and tracks the item. Please inform us of the tracking code/number. In addition, please write on your package 'UK RETURNED GOODS - NO CUSTOMS CHARGE'. Any import fees incurred due to incorrect postage labelling by the sender will be deducted from the buyer's refund. We will not be liable for any import taxes or duties that may be applied when returning items back to us from overseas.
